December 21, 2011 - A judge with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has delayed ruling on the patent lawsuit filed by Eastman Kodak against Apple and Research in Motion until the fall of 2012.
The ITC was expected to issue its ruling before December 31, 2011, but now the target date for the court to rule on the case is September 21, 2012. The delay is likely to be seen as bad news for Kodak, which is having severe financial problems and is hoping to make more than $1 billion in damages from the lawsuit.
